Our team is available throughout your entire stay; from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We provide full assistance at check-in and remain reachable for any questions, issues, or local recommendations along the way.

At Vialia I we don’t do impersonal. If you need something, just ask.

Check-in opens at 14:00.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive all access instructions by email so you can get in smoothly. Upon arrival, you’ll need to present a valid photo ID. Guest registration is required in compliance with current Spanish regulations.

📍 We’re at C. Eslava, 15, steps from Vialia María Zambrano, Málaga’s main train and metro hub.

Check-out is before 11:00.

Please vacate your pod and return any locker keys by that time. Need a late check-out? Contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Vialia I is designed for adults (18+) who value comfort, quiet, and a respectful shared environment. To keep it that way:

  • No smoking anywhere inside the property
  • Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00; noise-reducing pods only go so far
  • Common areas are shared spaces; treat them as you’d want others to
  • No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings
  • Take care of the furniture, pods and facilities
  • Pets are not allowed

Failure to follow these rules may result in the end of your stay without refund.

Every pod is fully cleaned and reset between guests. Common areas: kitchen, bathrooms, lounge and coworking, are cleaned daily.

For stays of several days, periodic pod cleaning is included. If you need anything specific, just let us know at reception.

Reservation, modification, and cancellation conditions depend on the rate and the channel used at the time of booking.

Personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations and solely for the purpose of managing your stay and complying with legal obligations.

The property operates with smart digital locks (accessible via Bluetooth, app, RFID, fingerprint, PIN or physical key). In case of emergency, contact public services at 112 and notify our team via the channels below.
